One company. One connected system.
Connect production, warehouse, sales and project management in one environment. Gain more control over your processes and access to the information you need to make decisions.
When every department has its own tool
Scattered systems cost more than meets the eye.
Our answer
One platform where data is entered once and every department sees it.
-
Data lives in several places
Spreadsheets, emails and separate programs aren't connected. Nobody is sure which number is current.
-
The same information is entered several times
An order passes through sales, production and the warehouse — retyped by hand every time.
-
Decisions are made on yesterday's data
The management report is put together by hand, and the picture of the company is ready only after the situation has already changed.
Less reconciling. More certainty.
What changes when your processes run on shared data.
- 01 /
One source of truth
Sales, production, warehouse and projects see the same up-to-date information.
- 02 /
Less manual work
Data entered once moves on without retyping or reconciling spreadsheets.
- 03 /
Faster decisions
You check the status of orders, production orders and stock in the system — not at yet another meeting.
Four areas. One platform.
Each module solves a different problem — and each can work on its own.

Frequently asked questions
A quick look at how Wolves ERP works and what implementation looks like. Don't see your question? Write to us.
How is Wolves ERP different from individual modules?
Wolves ERP is a platform where the modules — production, warehouse, sales and projects — work on shared data. Each module can also work on its own.
Do I have to implement all modules at once?
No. You can start with one area and add others in stages.
Can you adapt the system to our processes?
Yes. We start from a ready-made module, then configure and extend it to fit the way your company works. We agree on the scope of changes together during the analysis stage.
Will the system connect to the tools we already use?
We check integration options during the analysis — they depend on which systems your company runs today and what data needs to flow between them.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on the scope, the number of processes and integrations. We set the timeline after the analysis — that is when we know exactly what needs configuring and what needs building.
