01The problem

When system stock doesn't match the shelf

Typical warehouse management problems.

Our answer

Every material movement recorded in the system: receipt, transfer and issue.

  1. Stock discrepancies

What the spreadsheet says isn't always what's on the shelf.

  2. Hunting for goods

Without assigned locations, picking time depends on the warehouse worker's memory.

  3. Production waits for material

Issues can't keep up with the plan because nobody sees the needs in time.

02Benefits

Order you can see in the numbers

What changes when your warehouse works on up-to-date data.

06Deployment model

Standalone or as a Wolves ERP module

Start with one area. Add more modules when your company is ready.

Model 01 · Platform module

WMS as part of Wolves ERP

The warehouse sees orders and production orders, and stock levels are available to the whole company.

Model 02 · Standalone

Standalone WMS system

You get the warehouse in order first and add the rest of the platform later.

Whichever model you choose — let's start with a conversation.

Tell us how your warehouse works today. Together we'll decide whether to start with the module alone or the whole platform — and what the next steps will be.

07Customization

Built around your warehouse

Every warehouse has its own layout, zones and rules. We adapt the system to them, not the other way around.

Location and zone layout mirrored in the system
Receipt and issue documents that follow your company's practice
Picking rules agreed with the warehouse team
08FAQ

Frequently asked questions

A quick look at how the Warehouse module works and what implementation looks like. Don't see your question? Write to us.

Can I implement just this module?

Yes. Every Wolves ERP module can work on its own. If you later decide to add more areas, we'll connect them into one platform on shared data.

Can you adapt the system to our processes?

Yes. We start from a ready-made module, then configure and extend it to fit the way your company works. We agree on the scope of changes together during the analysis stage.

Will the system connect to the tools we already use?

We check integration options during the analysis — they depend on which systems your company runs today and what data needs to flow between them.

How long does implementation take?

It depends on the scope, the number of processes and integrations. We set the timeline after the analysis — that is when we know exactly what needs configuring and what needs building.
